Known for its extensive consumer research, Which? magazine has recently published its Breakdown Cover survey results, which rate companies across the UK in a number of categories. GEM has been awarded a position in the top three breakdown cover companies and is a recommended provider.

This summer, GEM also celebrated the 2012 Auto Express Driver Power Survey results, coming in second place by just 0.27%. Following five successive years of award-winning results for its breakdown cover service, GEM was first for overall service and speed of recovery in the annual survey.
