New portfolio of wiper blades from HELLA

Wiper blades photoAutomotive supplier, HELLA, has launched a new range of quality wiper blades for passenger cars and commercial vehicles.

At the cutting edge of wiper technology, the portfolio includes both conventional wipers and a new aerodynamically designed jointless blade for passenger cars, the Dyna Blade. In addition, the wiper blades are delivered in single wiper packages, responding to customer demand to change just one wiper blade if necessary. A QR code on the wiper blade packaging also leads to a helpful “How to Fit” instruction video.

Commented John Guppy at HELLA: “The new range meets a customer demand for quality wiper blades to be sold individually. It has also been developed to fit the widest spectrum of vehicles on the market. All blades in the range are pre-fitted with the most common adaptor for easy installation and will fit 98% of vehicles.”

In terms of performance, HELLA’s new conventional wiper blades have a special graphite coating which makes them smoother and quieter than standard blades. The coating also delivers smear-free performance for improved visibility and a protective lip guard helps prevent damage.

The Dyna Blade combines superior performance with a stylish design and the premium look and feel of the blade also presents opportunities for garages to upsell to customers.

Continued John Guppy: “These blades have perfectly arched spring strips that ensure even distribution of force across the windshield for optimum results and with no metal parts on the exterior, the wiper blade is protected from icing up in winter. The attractive design will also appeal to motorists looking to upgrade to a more stylish look for their vehicles.”

As a leading OE supplier to the global automotive industry, HELLA has been developing quality components and systems since 1899. With a wide range of products in lighting, electrics, electronics, thermal management and garage equipment, HELLA offers a valuable contribution to road traffic safety.
