Epicor Software Corporation, a global leader in business software solutions for manufacturing, distribution, retail and services organizations, has announced that there was a great turnout for the Epicor Scotland and Northern England Auto Customer Forum held on 12 February 2013. Auto aftermarket customers from all over Scotland and Northern England attended the full day event held at the Macdonald Inchyra Hotel & Spa, Falkirk.
The day consisted of various sessions, including a demonstration of the Epicor T-21 Business Management solution and the next generation parts catalogue. The latest enhancements to current products and future developments were also on display and these were enthusiastically received by the assembled audience. Customers were able to meet the management and development teams and discuss all aspects of how Epicor products can assist them on a day-to-day basis.
Mark Darley, Epicor’s Account Manager for England commented: “It was an excellent opportunity to show the major developments coming in T-21 as well as the parts catalogue. The “Hints & Tips” sections at the end of the day proved very popular and generated a lot of interest.”
He said: “We have more of these events planned for the future and the next one will be held in England in early April 2013 at our EMEA head office in Bracknell, Berkshire. These forums provide an opportunity for customers throughout the UK to come together, meet the Epicor team and view the current and future developments in the full range of Epicor business software solutions.”
Darley concluded, “It is our intention to hold these forums at regular intervals around the UK and Ireland in order to keep our customers aware of developments as and when they happen. We also hope the forums will inspire our customers to innovate and run their businesses more effectively.
