The automotive training and consultancy has developed autoVHC mobile, which uses the latest web development technology to offer dealers health check capabilities for their workshop technicians and customer service advisors.

Optimised for tablets and smartphones, autoVHC mobile runs efficiently on a wide range of platforms including the iPod and iPad as well as most Android and Windows devices. In addition, it has been created with the latest cloud-based technology and, as a web-based application, there is no need to install software onto a mobile device. Users simply access autoVHC mobile online through a browser.

iVendi logoA deal has been signed between motor industry technology specialist iVendi and Fords of Winsford that sees a range of advanced finance tools added to the car supermarket’s innovative new web site.

The arrangement means that iVendi’s Quoteware platform is now fully integrated into the new, which has been written by Liverpool-based web design company Nexus Point in their first foray into the motor dealer sector.

Quoteware is driven by a payment search feature and allows customers to apply a comprehensive range of finance products to each vehicle, as well as providing animated videos and online application forms. Fords of Winsford’s new web site also includes videos of each vehicle and the ability to reserve cars and chat live online.
