GSF’s bodyshop drive continues with national distribution agreement
GSF is maintaining a rapid pace in the development of its bodyshop business, launched in May, with the announcement of a national distribution tie-in with diagnostic equipment manufacturers, Autel.
The agreement sees GSF offering all UK bodyshops the full range of Autel diagnostic and analysis systems. As GSF Garage Equipment Manager, John Wright explains, the benefits of the GSF-Autel relationship to the refinisher are far broader than the supply of product alone:
“We are demonstrating strong commitment to the bodyshop market by pitching Autel products at extremely favourable prices, and are backing our offer with a high level of hands-on support,” he commented
GSF initiatives include free on-site assessments and Autel product demonstrations at customer premises, co-ordinated via a support team of five technicians based at the GSF Head Office in Birmingham.
GSF Commercial Business Manager Mark Higson, added: “We are conscious that bodyshops need a better deal in diagnostics in this tough business climate, together with clear, impartial advice when it comes to choosing the most appropriate product. We believe that the comprehensive Autel range will match the requirements of 90% of the UK bodyshop parc.”
Paul Hammond, Sales Director of Autel concluded: “The relationship with GSF is beneficial to all parties. It enables us to offer a first-class product range to the entire UK market through one source, backed up with fair pricing and GSF’s exemplary customer service.”
